Terms of service

These terms are between you and Zalify Inc. (“we”) and cover your use of Offdesk at offdesk.so and in the Offdesk apps. By using Offdesk you agree to them.

Your account

  • Give accurate details and keep access to your account safe. You’re responsible for what happens in it, including what agents and computers you connect do with the access you give them.
  • If you create a team, you decide who joins it and what they can see.

Your content

  • What you put in Offdesk stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and show it only as needed to run Offdesk for you and the people you share it with.
  • Our privacy policy explains how we handle it.

Agents act for you

  • When you connect an AI agent or a computer, it acts with your access. Review what agents do, especially before work leaves Offdesk. We aren’t responsible for what an agent or third-party service you connect does.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t use Offdesk to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, spread malware, or attack or overload the service or other people’s systems.
  • Don’t try to get into accounts, teams or computers that aren’t yours, or get around limits we set.
  • We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and we’ll tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

The service

  • Offdesk is changing quickly. We may add, change or remove features, and we’ll give notice before removing something you rely on when we can.
  • Offdesk is free to use today. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll tell you before anything you use starts to cost money.
  • The Offdesk apps update themselves; keep them up to date to keep using the service.

Ending

  • You can stop using Offdesk and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy). We may end the service or your access with reasonable notice, or straight away for serious misuse.

No warranty

  • Offdesk is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Limitation of liability

  • To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or lost data, profits or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before it or US$100.

Changes

  • We may update these terms. We’ll update this page and its date, and tell you by email or in the app when the change matters. Using Offdesk after that means you accept them.
